Dressing Room Diaries- Styles Your Nursing Clothes - March 2026

Spring is almost here, and breastfeeding moms everywhere are starting to think about spring outfits that are comfortable, stylish, and easy to nurse or pump in.

Even if it’s still chilly in some parts of the country, spring events are right around the corner. Many moms are already planning outfits for:

At Nursing Queen, we designed several new spring nursing dresses and warm-weather breastfeeding outfits to make getting dressed easier for moms. This season, we’re leaning into breathable fabrics, comfortable fits, and discreet nursing access so moms can nurse or pump wherever the day takes them.

To give you a closer look at the newest styles, here’s a sneak peek from this month’s Dressing Room Diaries.

First up, the Knee-Length Tie Back Bow Nursing Dress in Berry Garden, a beautiful floral option that works for so many spring events. The flowy silhouette feels comfortable for postpartum and everyday mom life, while the adjustable tie-back bow gives the dress a flattering shape that still feels relaxed and easy to wear.

Next up is our buttery soft "mama" black nursing sweatshirt . It was such a hit that we decided to make it without the letters. It's simple and classic. Just style it differently and you could wear it every day! I tucked it in with jeans and kept it long with leggings. The fabric is seriously the best (so soft and cozy) and it washes like a dream! The zipper is one long 2-way zipper, with pulls on both sides. A pumpers favorite!

We also launched a maternity/nursing sweater in an evergreen color. So pretty! Love it with black cigarette pants (seen on website) or with jeans! I styled them with both wide legs jeans and with flare. Love it with both! Size down on this one. It runs big!

Next up is a classic that will bring you from fall to spring. Our black and white striped nursing top. It also comes in navy. It is so cute with barrel jeans or jean shorts or even leggings. It's looks great with any jacket, cardigan or puffer too!

Fit Tip: Nursing Top fits TTS (wearing XS), jacket runs TTS (big on me in small), jeans run big (wearing 26 but should have size down one).
