Return/Exchange

We totally understand if your item/s don't work out! Online ordering can be tricky! We offer both full refunds, exchanges and store credits!

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS (FREE in USA)!:
  • Please click here to start the process to receive a FREE shipping label for an exchange or store credit. For international returns/exchanges, see below.
  • As soon as the package is scanned by the post office, the replacement size/style will be shipped to you (the store credit will be sent via email). 
  • Your items must be mailed back within 30 days (see holiday exchange policy below). If the order falls outside this window because it was a pre-order or back-order, please email us at help@nursingqueen.com and we will email you a shipping label!
  • Please include the original invoice or a note with your name and order number if possible. :)
  • All clothing must be returned unused/unwashed. 
  • We can only offer one free shipping label per order.
  • Please ask for a receipt from the postal carrier that it was shipped back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.

        RETURNS:

        • Please click here to start the process. We charge $7.95 to use our shipping labels (to help cover shipping).
        • Returns must be mailed back (postmarked) within 30 days from the date you received the item (see holiday return policy below). 
        • All clothing must be returned unused/unwashed.
        • Please include the original invoice or a note with your name and order number if possible.
        • After we receive your item/s we will refund the amount of the merchandise (excluding any shipping you paid).
        • Please ask for a receipt from the postal carrier that it was shipped back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost.

          HOLIDAY RETURNS:
          • Any purchases made after November 15, can be returned through January 31. Please reach out to us at help@nursingqueen.com for a shipping label if it's been over 30 days.

          GIFTS:

          • Our online portal will allow you to exchange an item without the gift giver knowing! Please reach out to us at help@nursingqueen.com if you need help.

          INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

          • At this time, we don't offer international exchanges. However, for Canada we do offer free shipping labels to send your items back for a store credit. Once you get your store credit, you can place a new order for the items you want. See below.

            CANADIAN RETURNS AND STORE CREDITS:

            • For store credits (Canada only): Please click here to receive a FREE pre-paid shipping label. Once you get your store credit, you can place a new order for the items you want.
            • For returns (Canada only): Please click here to receive a shipping label to mail your items back. The cost of the label will be deducted from the return. Or you can mail back yourself to avoid a shipping label fee (see address below).

            Sizing

            Nursing Queen Size Chart

            All of our designs fit true-to-size with an over-sized/relaxed fit (which compensates for extra weight and a larger chest). Our sizes are similar to maternity-wear: order your pre-baby size. If you're between sizes, size down. Typically, the best way to determine your size is to follow your pre-baby size in numbers on the chart (4/6, 8/10, etc). We realize this isn't a "one-size fits all" solution. If you aren't sure, measure your bust, waist, hips and follow the chart. If you get 3 measurements, pick the middle size. 

            Plus Sizes: We follow a standard U.S. plus chart. Our plus sizes range from 1X-3X. NOTE: An XXL (in misses) is a size 1X in plus sizing.
