Shipping FAQ

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $100USD in the USA and Canada or $150 in Canada when Canada Post is on strike (because we upgrade to UPS/FedEx).
  • For orders under $100, standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 and usually take 2-7 business days to arrive (sometimes longer due to weather delays).
  • UPS 3-DAY is $10.00 and ships same day before 7:30 AM EST. Transit days don't include Saturday or Sunday or holidays. So, if you order before 7:30 AM EST on Friday, the order would ship on Friday and you would receive on Wednesday. Please email us at help@nursingqueen.com to inquire about faster service requests.
  • Shipping to Canada is $9.99 for standard shipping (7-30+ days) or FREE over $100USD. Expedited shipping is $25 (3-5 days). Please see below regarding duties/taxes/tariffs. However, when Canada Post is on strike shipping is $25 for UPS or FedEx.
  • For most other countries, shipping is $15 for standard mail (7-30+days) or FREE over $150USD. Expedited shipping is $25-$40 and takes 2-7 business days. Please see below regarding duties/taxes/tariffs.

When will I get my order? 

  • All orders typically ship within 24-48 hours (business days only).
  • Domestic orders will ship USPS or UPS but there may be delays around holidays and severe weather.
  • International orders take 3-7 business days for upgraded shipping or 11-30+ days for standard shipping. However, sometimes there are delays in customs and it may take longer.

Where do you ship?

  • We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at help@nursingqueen.com for a quote.

Duties/Taxes/Tariffs:

  • Nursing Queen is not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs owed for any outgoing or incoming packages. If the customer refuses to pay these fees and "returns to sender," please note that the package will not be returned to us. It will be abandoned by the mail carrier. Nursing Queen will not issue any refunds. If we receive the package back (which is highly unlikely), we will refund the amount minus any shipping fees or duties paid.
